Refund Policy

Meeting Registration
Registration is non refundable. The Missouri Perfusion Society is required to pay meeting expenses based on the number of registrants submitted. Even if you do not attend, we are still required to cover this expense so we are not able to give refunds.

Membership Dues
Membership dues are non refundable. Due to the access and privileges given to those who join our society, we do not allow refunds after purchase.

Errors in Registration or Membership
In the event a user makes an error while completing the meeting registration or membership dues and is charged an incorrect amount, we will take steps to correct the situation on a case-by-case basis.  If you believe you have made such an error, please contact us at info@missouriperfusion.com and describe your situation in full.
